Posts & records
The Posts library stores pre-publication creative work. The Dashboard publication database stores live platform rows and measured results. They serve different stages of the workflow.
Posts library draft

| Category | Yes | Choose a visible library category configured in Settings. |
| Hook | No | Record the opening line or caption hook. |
| Script / audio | No | Add dialogue, voice-over cues, and visual direction. |
| Hashtags | Yes | Enter the intended tags, including each # prefix. |
| Caption | No | Write the post copy and call to action. |
| Reference links | No | Separate multiple URLs with commas. |
Draft state is derived as Idea, Scripting, or Uploaded. Search the backlog by title and filter it by PIC or category. Unsaved storyboard changes may be recovered from the same browser after an interruption.

| ID | Keep one stable content ID across every platform row for the post. |
| Date | Use the actual publication date, not the draft creation date. |
| Content Title | Match the recognizable schedule or draft title. |
| PIC / Category | Use configured values so filters and comparisons stay consistent. |
| Platform | Select Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or another configured channel. |
| Views / Reach | Enter numbers only, using the platform-reported values. |
| Interactions | Record likes, comments, follows, reposts, and shares in their own fields. |
| URL | Link directly to the live post. |
